Oops I Did It Again – Another Pretty Scarf
16January 8, 2018 by Robin @ Imperial Crochet
Nothing much to report today except that I finished another one of those really pretty scarves I’m making using the Prince Edward Island Scarf pattern I bought at Craftsy.
This time I used Caron Simply Soft yarn in a Charcoal Heather gray color. They certainly named it right. I love how soft this yarn is.
Again, I went off pattern for the outside of the scarf after following the pattern for the mid-section. I also switched up my hook for a larger size. For this one I used a 5.5 mm size.

Lousy photo of my HOTH crocheted scarf and fingerless gloves.
I also made a pair of matching (in color) fingerless gloves. I used a pattern I found at Repeat Crafter Me to make them.
You can get that pattern by visiting: 50 Minute Fingerless Crochet Gloves
I didn’t time myself when I made them, and I get distracted constantly by a couple of cats that live with me while I’m crocheting, so I can’t attest to the fact that they might take 50 minutes to make but they did work up quickly.
How about you? What have you been getting into today? Tell me about it in the comments. I love hearing from my readers!
This is a beautiful scarf pattern and you worked it up so elegantly. Love the color!
