3 Fun Etsy Finds!
Cinco de Mayo is a day for celebrating the culture of Mexico with great Mexican food and drinks. I’m embarrassed to say that although I knew of the holiday and have even attended a Cinco de Mayo party or two, I wasn’t fully aware of the reason for the celebration so I looked it up.
Don’t you love Wikipedia?
The date is observed to commemorate the Mexican Army’s difficult victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla, on May 5, 1862, under the leadership of General Ignacio Zaragoza.
So now I know!
In honor of the day, I took a stroll around Etsy’s crochet section and found some super cute Cinco de Mayo gift ideas for those of you who want to bring a little something extra to the fiesta.
Disclosure: I’m affiliated with Etsy and this blog post contains affiliate links. You can read my full disclosure HERE. I did not create the following gifts. I can not vouch for their quality and I do not own the photos shown here. I’m simply sharing them for your viewing and Cinco de Mayo gift-giving pleasure.
